- ShurKote DB™ - Base Coat—Dry Powder Base Coat Adhesive
ShurKote DB™ is a cement, silica sand and 100% acrylic polymer based material that is used as an EPS insulation board adhesive and/or a base coat.
Uses: SShurKote DB™ is primarily used as a base coat to embed reinforcing mesh, as well as adhering EPS insulation board to approved substrates. ShurKote DB can be used as an adhesive over Dens Glass Gold (ASTM C1177); water resistant core gypsum sheathing (ASTM C1396). ShurKote DB™ can also be used as an adhesive over concrete, concrete masonry, stucco and other approved substrates.

ShurKoteWB™ is a polymer based material that is designed to be an EPS insulation board adhesive and/or base coat.
Uses: ShurKote WB™ is primarily used as a base coat to embed reinforcing mesh, as well as adhering EPS insulation board to approved substrates.

- ShurKote 1™ is a proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, fiber and proprietary additives. ShurKote 1 is factory blended and packaged in paper bags or delivered in bulk to jobsites.
Uses: One-step base coat applied over woven wire, metal lath and prepared concrete masonry. ShurKote 1 can also be used as a surface leveler or a scratch and brown.

- ShurKote Reinforcing Mesh - Reinforcing Mesh-EIFS Base Coats
ShurKote Reinforcing Mesh is a specialty woven, alkali resistant glass fiber reinforcing mesh used with ShurKote base coats to provide impact resistance and strength.
Uses: ShurKote Mesh is primarily used with ShurKote polymer modified base coats in accordance with EIFS specifications. It can also be used to integrate EPS shapes and over stucco in restoration projects to help resist cracking.

MARBLETEX™ is a premium, integrally colored acrylic based textured finish coating to be used over a myriad of base coats including Ultra-Kote’s One Coat and Pre Mix stucco products, (refer to the One/Coat Specification for more information). MarbleTex™ is a ready mixed aggregated finish material available in multiple colors and textures. All UltraKote’s finishes contain additives to resist Mildew, Algae, and Fungus.
Uses: MARBLETEX™ may be used either on the interior or the exterior, over cementitious or non-cementitious base coats, prepared concrete or masonry, Prepared drywall, prepared painted surfaces, or EIFS synthetic stucco systems.

STRETCHKOTE™ is a premium, integrally colored elastomeric based decorative and protective coating that provides excellent crack bridging qualities. StretchKote™ is available in multiple colors. All UltraKote’s finishes and coatings contain additives to resist Mildew, Algae, and Fungus.
Uses: STRETCHKOTE™ is an exterior elastomeric paint with high elongation properties for bridging cracks in masonry, concrete, stucco or synthetic substrates. StretchKote offers excellent weather resistance. A siliconized version is available by special order.

- ShurGard - Roll-On Secondary Moisture Barrier
SHURGARD is an elastomeric an all weather secondary moisture/air barrier that is either rolled or brushed on over approved substrates.
Uses: SHURGARD can be applied over a wide variety of substrates such as exterior grade gypsum sheathing, cement board, and OSB. ShurGard is applied as a continuous membrane without voids or pinholes.

SHURPRIME is an acrylic based protective primer used over base coats, like UltraKote’s one coat systems, ShurKote WB, ShurKote DB, and drywall surfaces prior to application of finish coat.
Uses: SHURPRIME is an exterior acrylic primer designed for use over high pH surfaces such as stucco, prepared masonry or concrete, and has excellent adhesion to primed metal and wood surfaces.

- Stucco Conditioner is a exterior epoxy/acrylic-based penetrating hardener and sealer. It is ideal as a primer for paint, coatings and synthetic stucco, and offers excellent efflorescence resistance.
Uses: Stucco Conditioner is designed for use over high pH surfaces (up to 13.0 s.u.) such as stucco, masonry or concrete. It ca also be used over existing painted surfaces, stucco and masonry to help harden or tighten up the surface. Stucco Conditioner performs well in geographic regions where freeze/thaw occurs. Stucco Conditioner can be used to treat walls that effloresce prior to recoating.

- ShurBond is a waterborne acrylic bonding agent.
Uses: ShurBond is applied over painted surfaces to improve adhesion of cementitious coatings. ShurBond evens surface absorption, allowing a uniform overlay. ShurBond may also be used to increase bond strength between cementitious products.

- ShurKote Admix is a concentrated, waterborne acrylic polymer additive for use with cementitious materials.
Uses: ShurKote Admix, when diluted, is added to cementitious materials to reduce cracking and shrinking, while improving tensile, flexural and compressive strengths. When added to cementitious materials, ShurKote Admix will produce a polymer-modified cement that will increase freeze/thaw stability.
