Toll Blending

UltraKote offers toll blending options for those interested in having products manufactured in the Phoenix, AZ area.  With a highly skilled Quality Control Department and a wide range of equipment, UltraKote has the flexibility to produce a very diverse product blend.

Equipment includes a sand dryer and separator, a ribbon blender, paddle mixer, and five bagging stations for dry products; two high-speed dispersers, a ribbon blender, and three canning lines for pail products.

A variety of laboratory equipment including viscometers, ovens, compression testing equipment, color spectrophotometers and more gives UltraKote the ability to test and monitor many aspects of manufacturing.
