Uses: One-step base coat applied over woven wire, metal lath and prepared concrete masonry. UltraKote 1 can also be used as a surface leveler or a scratch and brown.

- SkimKote is a polymer-modified cement basecoat and surface leveler.
Uses: SkimKote is a high-build cementatious coating for direct application over EPS, stucco, gypsum sheathing, CMU, AAC, Rastra and approved ICF systems. SkimKote may also be used as a leveling coat over prepared painted stucco or masonry.

- FoamKote is a polymer modified cement basecoat and adhesive to be used with EPS insulation board.
Uses: FoamKote is used primarily to embed fiberglass reinforcing mesh over the EPS insulation board and EPS Details. Foam- Kote may be used to level minor irregularities in cementitious surfaces.

- Traditional Stucco Cement is a proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, fiber and proprietary additives. UltraKote is factory blended and packaged in paper bags.
Uses: A two-step base coat applied over woven wire, metal lath and prepared concrete masonry. Traditional Stucco Cement must be used with sand complying with ASTM C144.

- UltraFlex is a premium, integrally colored elastomeric finish for use over UltraKote one-coat stucco, Santa Fe Base, Traditional Stucco Cement, Skim- Kote, FoamKote, or other approved base coats. UltraFlex is a ready-mixed aggregated product available in multiple textures, giving the ability to achieve numerous appearances.
Uses: UltraFlex may be used for interior or exterior applications over cementitious and noncementitious base coats, prepared concrete masonry, prepared drywall, prepared painted surfaces or synthetic stucco. UltraFlex has excellent adhesion properties and can assist in efflorescence resistance when surfaces are pretreated with Stucco Conditioner.

- Santa Fe Smooth Finish is a proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, hydrated line, silica sand and proprietary additives. Santa Fe Sand Finish will provide a lower pH than a field mix finish.
Uses: Santa Fe Smooth Finish is a Premium ready-mixed smooth finish texture material for use over UltraKote, Santa Fe Base or Traditional Stucco Cement. Santa Fe Smooth Finish can also be used over SkimKote if modified with Ultra Admix. Santa Fe Smooth Finish is not recommended as a finished product and should be covered with StuccoKote, DuraKote or StretchKote. UltraAdmix is recommended to reduce efflorescence, water penetration, cracking, and to increase flexural strength. UltraAdmix will also increase the life of the product in geographic regions where freeze/thaw cycles routinely occurs over prolonged periods.

- Santa Fe Spanish Texture is a proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, hydrated line, silica sand and proprietary additives.
Uses: Santa Fe Spanish Texture is a Premium ready-mixed material that will achieve most textures (skip, lace, Monterrey weave, cat’s face, etc.). Santa Fe Spanish Texture can also be used to achieve a smooth texture with the use of UltraKote Ultra-Bond.

- Santa Fe Stucco Sand Finish is a proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, hydrated line, silica and/or marble sand and proprietary additives. Santa Fe Sand Finish is available in #16, #20, and #30 grit finishes.
Uses: Santa Fe Stucco Sand Finish is a Premium ready-mixed finish texture material for use over UltraKote, Santa Fe Base or Traditional Stucco Cement. Paint is recommended in lieu of the Santa Fe Sand Finish if consistency in finish color is desired.

- StretchKote is an elastomeric decorative and protective exterior wall coating. StretchKote provides excellent crack bridging qualities over cementatious exterior surfaces. StretchKote is available in a wide variety of colors. StretchKote offers excellent weather resistance, and a siliconized version is available by special order.
Uses: StretchKote exterior elastomeric paint is for use over prepared masonry, concrete, stucco or synthetic substrates. StretchKote has a high elongation factor for bridging cracks.

- Stucco Conditioner is an exterior epoxy/acrylic-based penetrating hardener and sealer. It is ideal as a primer for paint, coatings and synthetic stucco, and offers excellent efflorescence resistance.
Uses: Stucco Conditioner is designed for use over high pH surfaces (up to 13.0 s.u.) such as stucco, masonry or concrete. It can also be used over existing painted surfaces, stucco and masonry to help harden or tighten up the surface. Stucco Conditioner performs will in geographic regions where freeze/thaw occurs. Stucco Conditioner can be used to treat walls that effloresce prior to recoating.

- UltraBond is a waterborne acrylic bonding agent.
Uses: UltraBond is applied over painted surfaces to improve adhesion of cementatious coatings. UltraBond evens surface absorption, allowing a uniform overlay. UltraBond may also be used to increase bond strength between cementatious products.

- UltraKote Admix is a concentrated, waterborne acrylic polymer additive for use with cementitious materials.
Uses: UltraKote Admix, when diluted, is added to cementitious materials to reduce cracking and shrinking, while improving tensile, flexural and compressive strengths. When added to cementitious materials, Ultra- Kote Admix will produce a polymer-modified cement that will increase freeze/thaw stability.
