Ultrakote Three Coat System is a premium, fiber reinforced, high strength stucco system that provides low shrinkage, high durability, excellent workability, strength, and product consistency. Scratch or Brown Coats:

ULTRAKOTE ONE CONCENTRATE

A proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, fiber, and proprietary additives. Recommended for either commercial or residential projects requiring either One Coat or Scratch & Brown stucco applications.

ULTRAKOTE ONE PREMIX

A proprietary mixture of Portland Cement, sand, fiber, and proprietary additives. One of the most cost-effective products for either commercial or residential projects requiring either One Coat or Scratch & Brown stucco applications.

Primer:

ULTRAPRIME

A premium 100% acrylic protective exterior primer that can be used to protect most exterior surfaces including stem and foundation walls, stucco and EIFS and efectively reduces eorescence. Coverage varies depending on surface being coated.

Finishes:

DURATEX

A 100% acrylic polymer finish designed to achieve a variety of textures (fine, medium, coarse, swirl and speciality) using various application procedures. Coverage varies from 80 – 130 ft2 depending on application and texture.

DURATEX HIGH PERFORMANCE

A premium, integrally colored acrylic-elastomeric based textured finish coating to be used over a myriad of base coats including Ultrakote’s One Coat and Pre Mix stucco products. Duratex High Performance is a ready mixed aggregated finish material available in multiple color and textures. All Ultrakote’s finishes contain additives to resist mildew, algae and fungus.

ULTRAFLEX XP

A premium, integrally colored elastomeric resin texture coating with expanded performance available in a variety of texture and color options. Ultraflex XP utilizes new resin technology to provide enhanced color retention and coating flexibility to greatly improve performance over myriad of substrates.

Coatings:

STUCCOKOTE

An acrylic decorative and protective exterior wall coating designed for painting new and recoating previously coated wall surfaces. Coverage varies depending on surface being painted.

STRETCHKOTE

A 100% acrylic based elastomeric decorative and protective exterior wall coating with excellent crack bridging characteristics when applied over cement based exterior surfaces.
